摘要
在乳化液泵三维实体模型的基础上,用AMESim搭建乳化液泵的液压系统模型,得出柱塞排液时的流量曲线。利用Flow Simulation对泵头的排液过程进行仿真,通过仿真结果可以直观地查看排液时泵头内部流体的流动特性,为泵头的国产化及优化设计提供了良好的依据。
An emulsion pump hydraulic system model is built by using AMESim tity model of the emulsion pump. And the flow curve when the plunger disc based on the three-dimensional enharging is drawn. The discharging process of the pump head is simulated. The simulation results can directly discharge the flow characteristics of fluid in the pump head body when the emulsion pump is discharging, which provides a good basis for localization and optimization of the emulsion pump head.
