摘要
目的观察牙周干预对冠心病伴牙周炎患者血脂的影响。方法予51例冠心病伴牙周炎患者牙周干预3个月,观察干预后血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯的水平变化。结果干预后总胆固醇、甘油三酯分别较干预前降低0.3 mmol/L、0.2 mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白较干预前升高0.2 mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白干预前(3.4±0.8)mmol/L,干预后(3.3±0.7)mmol/L,变化无统计学差异。结论牙周干预可降低伴牙周炎的冠心病患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯,升高高密度脂蛋白水平,牙周干预有可能减缓伴牙周炎的冠心病发生、发展。
Objective To observe the effect of periodontal intervention on the blood fat level in patients with coronary heart disease and periodontitis. Methods 51 patients with both coronary heart disease (CHD) and periodontitis received periodontal intervention for three months. Changes of serum level of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides(TG), low density lipid (LDL) and high density lipid (HDL) were measured after periodontal intervention. Resuls Three months after periodontal intervention, total cholesterol and triglycerides decline 0.3 mmol/L and 0.2 mmol/L, respectively high density lipid (HDL) goes up 0.2 mmol/L after intervention. The prior level of low density lipid (LDL) was (3.4 ± 0.78) mmol/L, and it was (3.3 ± 0.7) mmol/L after intervention, no significant changes were found. Conclusions Periodontal intervention improves the serum level of lipid in patients of coronary heart disease with periodontitis ; which may retard (decline) occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
