摘要
目的研究玫瑰花多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法采用Fenton体系和连苯三酚自氧化法评价玫瑰花多糖的体外抗氧化能力,采用多元线性回归分析多糖浓度与抗氧化活性的相关性。结果玫瑰花多糖清除·OH和O2-·的能力与浓度呈较明显的量效关系。结论玫瑰花多糖具有较强的抗氧化能力,是天然有效的抗氧化剂。
Objective To study the anti-oxidative activity of polysaccharide from rosa rugosa in vitro. Methods The anti-oxidative activity was evaluated by Fenton system and pyrogallol autooxidation method. The correlation relationship between the concentration and anti-oxidative activity of polysaccharide was surveyed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results There was an obvious dose-effect relationship between polysaccharide concentration and - OH and O2. clearance abilities. Conclusion The polysaccharide from rosa rugosa shows strong anti-oxidative activity and is an effective natural antioxidant.
