摘要
本文从北京市再生水热能利现状、再生水热能资源特点及利用潜力、开发利用适宜区域以及再生水热能利用与建筑的适应性等方面,对再生水热能在北京市建筑中的应用开展研究。近年来,北京市再生水热能开发利用发展迅速,技术手段日益成熟,预计2015年北京市再生水中的热能资源量将达到951兆瓦,资源丰富。受再生水可利用温差、输送能耗和输送成本的影响,北京市再生水热能利用适宜区域为以污水处理厂为中心半径3~5km的范围内,适用的建筑类型主要为公共建筑和一类住宅,适宜采用再生水源热泵系统的建筑面积约为1.4亿m2,再生水热能开发利用潜力和发展空间巨大。根据奥运村再生水源热泵工程的运行监测数据显示,采用再生水作为冷热源,为大规模建筑供暖制冷能够保证末端使用效果,同时具有显著的经济环境效益。
This paper focuses on the present situation of reclaimed water heat utilization, characteristics and utilization potential of reclaimed water heat source, suitable area for reclaimed water heat utilization and building adaptability which are closely related to applications of reclaimed water heat energy in Beijing. In recent years, the utilization and technology of reclaimed water heat energy have developed rapidly. Estimated amount of heat resources of reclaimed water in Beijing will reach 951MW by 2015. The suitable area for reclaimed water heat utilization which is greatly affected by temperature changes in transportation, energy wastage in transportation and transportation cost is within a radius of 3~5km as a center of sewage water plant. The type of building which is suitable for reclaimed water heat energy application is public building and residential building. The building area is 1.4×10^9m2 which is suitable for reclaimed water heat energy. According to the monitoring data of Olympic Village of reclaimed water source heat pump project, the economic and environmental beneifts are obviously when using reclaimed water as heating and cooling source for large-scale buildings is feasible, and the heating and cooling effects are perfect.
