摘要
煤焦油来源广泛,组分复杂,具有富含芳烃、酚类、盐类特点。煤焦油加氢裂化过程伴随着高温、高压及临氢等工况,反应会生成大量的H2S和NH3等腐蚀性介质。文章就该类装置的主要腐蚀部位及各种腐蚀发生机理进行了阐述,并给出了各种腐蚀环境下的管道选材建议。
There are wide sources for coal tar.It has complicated compositions and contains plenty of aromatic hydrocarbons,phenols and salts.In hydrocracking process of coal tar,great amount of corrosion mediums,such as H2S and NH3,will be produced.In this article,the parts which may be corroded in this kind construction and the corrosion mechanism were stated.Then,the proposals for material selection for this corrosion environment were presented.
