摘要
作为一种危险品,石油的日常运输安全管理是一项长期而又艰巨、复杂而又危险的工作。在长途的车辆运输过程中,需要涉及到石油的采集、装运和卸载等几个环节,而由于实际过程中采油点分散、采油的环境复杂、石油运输路线长,采油车和运输车要面临一系列的难度和风险。本文结合采油运输环境、车辆运输设备、车辆管理负责人等影响车辆运输安全的因素,简要分析如何在石油的开采和运输过程中加强车辆的运输管理,保证车辆的运输安全,预防或减少事故发生。
The oil is a kind of dangerous goods, whose daily transportation safety management is a long-term, arduous, complex and dangerous job. The long-distance transportation relates to oil collection, load, unload and other links. Because of the recovery point dispersion in actual process, complex oil production environment and the long oil transport route, the recovery vehicle and transportation vehicle face a series of difficulties and risks. Combined with the affecting factors of vehicle transportation safety, such as oil transport environment, transport vehicles and vehicle management personnel, this paper briefly analyzes how to strengthen the management of transport vehicles in the mining and transport process of oil to ensure the vehicle transport safety and prevent accidents.
