摘要
目的:探讨痔科洗液治疗肛周湿疹患者的临床效果。方法:将76例肛周湿疹患者按照随机、自愿原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗,观察组采用自制的痔科洗液治疗,疗程均为2周。比较治疗后两组间临床症状积分和临床效果。结果:两组间治疗前临床症状积分差异无统计学意义(6.56±1.72)分vs(6.38±1.81)分,P>0.05,治疗后两组临床症状积分均明显下降,且观察组下降更为明显(2.15±0.57)分vs(3.67±0.85)分,P<0.05;观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(94.7%vs 84.2%,P<0.05)。结论:痔科洗液治疗肛周湿疹患者临床效果明显,值得推广应用。
Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of treatment of hemorrhoid secco lotion for patients with perianal eczema.Methods 76 patients with perianal eczema were randomly and voluntary divided into control group （n=38） and observation group （n=38）.The control group was given triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream while the observation group was given home-made hemorrhoid secco lotion,the course was two weeks.The clinical symptom integral and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistical significance before treatment between the two groups on clinical symptom integral（6.56±1.72） score vs （6.38±1.81）score,P＆gt;0.05;while the clinical symptom integral were significantly lower after treatment and the observation group showed more（2.15±0.57）score vs （3.67±0.85）score,P〈0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment,difference was statistically significant（94.7%vs 84.2%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical etrfefaetcmtseonft of hemorrhoid secco lotion for patients with perianal eczema is obvious and worth popularization and application.
