摘要
川东北元坝区块是中国石化南方海相重点勘探开发区域,元坝地区海相储层埋深超深,具有高温、高压和高含H2S等特点,水平井钻井存在测量仪器和定向工具选择难、轨迹控制难度大等技术难点。通过应用高温高压旋转导向和高温螺杆+MWD对比,优选了定向钻井的工具组合;结合理论和实钻经验,形成了适合元坝地区的超深水平井轨迹控制技术,为元坝地区海相储层的高效开发提供了技术支撑。
Yuanba block in northeast Sichuan is the key area of exploration and development for Sinopec southern Marine,with the characteristics of deep reservoir buried depth,high temperature,high pressure and high containing H2S.Horizontal well drilling has difficult technical problems on measuring instrument,directional tool selection and trajectory control.Through the application of high temperature,high pressure rotary steering and high temperature screw +MWDS comparison,the directional drilling tool combination is optimized.Combined with theory and real drilling experience,the ultra deep horizontal well trajectory control technology suitable for Yuanba area has been formed,which provides technical support for marine reservoir development of Yuanba area.
