摘要
目的调查北京地区民营口腔医疗机构医疗质量管理工作落实情况。方法 2011、2012年对北京地区的民营口腔医疗机构按10%随机抽取,进行现场评价,对各项评价指标分类汇总、分析。结果 2012年相比2011年各项评价指标的达标率明显提高,依法执业及规范诊疗项目以及内部管理项目的达标率都提高了约50%,口腔医院相比口腔诊所和口腔门诊部改进明显。结论加强政策指导和行政监督,加大专业培训的指导力度会促进口腔医疗质量持续改进。
Objective To investigate the status of the medical quality management in private dental medical institutions in Beijing. Method In 2011 and 2012, 10% of private dental medical institutions in Beijing were randomly selected for on - spot evaluation, all evaluation indicators were analyzed. Result Compared with 2011, the qualified rate of evaluation indicators of medical quality management in 2012 was significantly improved. The qualified rate increased by 50% in item of practice accord- ance with the law, standard treatment items and internal management items. Stomatological hospital improved obviously compared with the dental clinics. Conclusion The promotion in dental medical quality implementation results from the enhancement in policy guidance, administrative inspection and professional training.
