摘要
为了海洋石油平台老旧生产设施的持续使用和增加生产能力,对平台老旧设施须进行必要的改造,从而达到新建平台和原有老旧平台进行连接,实现油田的稳产、增产目的。介绍了海洋石油工程建设项目中的老旧平台改造特点,结合项目中多个改造实例进行分析,并探讨了老旧平台改造项目中的管理特点和施工策略。
In order to sustainably use existing production facility offshore platforms for long-time in the maturing oilfields and to boost production ability,these kinds of facility shall be necessarily modified.Only by doing so,newly built platforms can be connected with the old exiting plat-forms,to make oilfield production stable and output increase.The main features of time worn platforms’modification works of the offshore engineering projects are introduced in this paper. Then management characteristics and performance strategies in the old platform facility modifica-tion are discussed,by combining with several modification project cases analysis.
