摘要
对42CrMo材料制造的锻件中白点产生原因进行了研究,指出原材料中存在的MnS及TiN等夹杂物为氢的强陷阱,在锻造产生的应力作用下,会加速金属基体分离并形成一定的空腔,促使在此富集的氢原子复合并产生一定的氢压。在拉伸外力作用下,这些H原子富集区成为断裂源,裂纹不断扩展形成白点。这种在锻件中因夹杂所诱发的白点,可通过去氢处理或长时间室温放置,使氢原子逸出而消除。
The cause of the fish eyes from the forging steel 42CrMo was studied by SEM and EDS.The inclusions MnS and TiN from the rare materials is the trap in which hydrogen will be easy to gather.The separation and void in the interface of inclusions and matrix will be accelerated under the forming stress.The void enriched hydrogen will be the fracture origin and continually grows to fish eyes during the tensile process.With hydrogen escaping during dehydrogenation process or placing a long time at room temperature,this fish eyes will disappear.
