摘要
装配式住宅中的室内设计是以住宅装修市场需求为导向，以建材、轻工等行业为依托，以工业化生声各种住宅装修构配件、部品，以现场装配为基础，以人才科技为手段，通过将住宅装修生产全过程的设计，构配件生产，施工制造等诸多环节联结为一个完整的系统，从而实现住宅装修产品产供销一体化的设计方式。当前，由于我国住宅产业化方针和政策的推动以及住宅技术发展的要求，推动了装配式住宅中室内设计的发展。通过解读我国装配式住宅室内设计的发展历程，总结这一设计模式的特点，存在的问颍及改讲方法，为装配式住宅的室内设计发展提供一些思路和建议。

On the basis of on-site assembly and regard talents as a means of science and technology, by connecting the residential renovation design of the whole production process, the frame parts manufacturing, the construction manufacturing, and many other links together to a integral system to establish the designing style which has the integration of manufacturing and marketing of residential decoration products At present, the drive of the national housing industrialization policies and the demands of technical resident development, promotes the development of prefabricated residential interior design. By analyzing course of development of prefabricated residential interior design in China, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the design patterns, existing problems and improving methods for the development of prefabricated residential interior design ideas and suggestions
