摘要
以10份云南主栽水稻品种为材料,用不同浓度的镉(Cd)进行处理,测量茎秆和糙米中Cd含量,及不同品种粒长、粒宽、长宽比、粒厚和千粒重,以研究云南主栽水稻品种糙米及茎秆Cd积累及其与粒型、千粒重的关系。结果表明:随着Cd胁迫浓度的增大,不同水稻品种茎秆和糙米Cd含量呈逐渐升高趋势,且同一品种茎秆Cd含量高于糙米Cd含量,不同水稻品种对Cd的吸收差异显著。相关性分析表明,茎秆中Cd含量与千粒重在不同浓度处理上达到显著或极显著正相关,而与粒型无显著相关;糙米中Cd含量与粒型及千粒重均未表现出明显的相关性。
Ten Yunnan major rice cultivars were treated with different concentrations of CdCl2 · 2.5H2O to study cadmium(Cd) accumulation and the relationship between Cd accumulation with grain shape,grain weight. With the increasing of Cd concentration, Cd content of stem and brown rice gradually increased in different rice varieties. Cd content of stem showed higher than brown rice in the same variety. Significant differences on the absorption of cadmium were detected among those varieties. In different concentration treatment, Cd content in the stern was significantly positive correlation with 1000-grain weight at 5% or 1% levels, but no significant correlation with grain shape. Cd concentration of brown rice and grain shape, 1000-grain weight did not show obvious correlation under different treatments.
