摘要
为确定茄子种子是否带有病原菌并探索解决途径,进行了种子表面菌落检测和药剂处理试验。结果表明,茄子种子外表皮布满黑根霉为主的腐生菌落,分离纯化后进一步检测到大丽轮枝菌,内表皮不带菌。采用本研究室配制的药剂20L(其中包括5L成膜剂、19g咯菌腈和8g赤霉素)对100kg种子进行处理,不仅可以抗菌,而且可明显提高种子发芽率,延长贮藏时间。
In order to determine whether the eggplant seeds with pathogens and explore ways to resolve, it was conducted to do seed surface colony detection and chemical treatment trials. The results showed that:eggplant seeds epidermis was full of exterior Rhizopus based saprophytic colony. After the separation and purification of further testing, Verticillium dahliae was detected with no contamination in the epidermis. The 20L chemical preparation(5L film formers,19g fludioxonil and 8g GA)was used to process 100kg seeds,not only to be antibacterials, but also significantly improve seed germination rate and extend the storage time.
