摘要
基于GPRS无线传输、单片机、网络传输、数据库和软件设计等技术,对柴油车排气后处理系统远程监控技术进行了研究,设计了集成的监控管理平台。试验结果表明,通过该平台的监控终端可实时完整地监测柴油车排气后处理系统的运行过程参数、故障信息和车辆的有关信息,实现了排气后处理系统的远程监控、车辆的远程调度和故障的远程诊断。
Based on the technologies of GPRS wireless transmission, micro control unit, network transmission, database and software design, the remote monitoring technology for the exhaust after-treatment system of diesel vehicle is studied and an integrated monitoring management platform is designed. The test results show that with the monitoring terminals of the platform, the operation parameters and fault information of diesel exhaust after-treatment system and the relevant information of vehicle can be thoroughly monitored in real time, and the remote monitoring of diesel exhaust after-treatment systems, the remote scheduling of vehicle and the remote fault diagnosis can be achieved.
