蛇莓挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱联用法分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析研究蛇莓挥发油的主要化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏从蛇莓中提取挥发油;用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其化学成分进行鉴定;用归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量。结果分离得到39个化学组分峰,并确定出其中的24个化学成分,占挥发油总量的95.36%。结论蛇莓挥发油中主要成分是棕榈酸和植酮。 Objective To analyze chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Duchesnea indica ( Andr. ) Focke. Methods The volatile oil was extracted from Duchesnea indica by steam distillation. The components of the volatile oil were separated and identi- fied by GC - MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results Thirty - nine kinds of components were separated. Among them , twenty - four components were identified, accounting about 95.36% of the total vola- tile oil. Conclusion The most abundant components of the volatile oil from Duchesnea indica are Palmitic acid and Phytone.
