摘要
大黄及其主要有效成分在临床和药理实验中被证实可治疗2型糖尿病、改善胰岛素抵抗,其作用通过多种信号通路调节胰岛素敏感性,包括作为PPARγ配体激活剂,抑制11β-1型羟基固醇脱氢酶,抑制胰岛素信号通路抑制蛋白PTP1B,和抑制脂肪组织间的低度炎症等。了解大黄的有效成分通过多种作用机制改善胰岛素抵抗,可为今后进一步研究中药多药效、多靶点的作用机制提供理论依据和思路。
A series of research have shown that 1rheum palmatum and its ingredients may mprove msuhn resistance an~ treat type 2 diabetes. The potential various mechanisms are involved different metabolic signal pathways, such as activating PPAR'y as its ligand, and inhibiting the activity of 11 [β- Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 and PTP1 B, and alleviating inflammatory state in adipose tissues. These studies are helpful to elucidate the accurate drug target of Rheum palmatum and its active ingredients, which may provide theoretical basis and experimental evidences of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes.
