摘要
利用复合厌氧反应器处理农村生活污水,考察了对COD和SS的去除效果及影响因素,并分析了处理机制和生物多样性。结果表明,复合厌氧反应器的出水COD和SS可分别稳定在100 mg/L和30 mg/L以下,且对COD的去除率最高可达80%以上。温度和有机负荷是影响复合厌氧反应器处理效果的主要因素。反应器对COD的去除率与温度间存在显著正相关,且COD去除负荷随容积负荷的增加而增大。反应器中的VFA以乙酸为主,沿程各隔室的乙酸浓度逐级下降。底泥样品的生物多样性沿程显著增加,而填料样品的生物多样性则呈小幅下降的趋势。
Hybrid moval effects of COD and anaerobic reactor was used for the treatment of rural domestic sewage. The re- SS were investigated, and the treatment mechanism and the biodiversity were analyzed. The results indicated that the concentrations of COD and SS in the effluent were below 100 mg/ L and 30 mg/L respectively, and the maximum removal rate of COD was above 80%. Temperature and organic loading were the main impacting factors. The COD removal was positively correlated with temper- ature, and the COD removal loading ponent of volatile fatty acid, acetic Weaver index of the bottom sludge Shannon-Weaver index of the biofilm increased with the increase of the volume loading. As the main com- acid decreased along the hybrid anaerobic reactor. The Shannon- increased evidently along the hybrid anaerobic reactor, while the slightly decreased along the hybrid anaerobic reactor.
