摘要
本文以非离子表面活性剂C16EO10或平平加O-25的溶致液晶做模板,首次合成电池用介孔锌粉,并对合成的锌粉的形貌、视密度、振实密度进行了检测分析,以及电性能的研究。结果表明,用C16EO10和平平加O-25制备的锌粉的视密度分别为0.48 g/cm3、0.47 g/cm3,振实密度分别为1.13 g/cm3、0.98 g/cm3,析气量分别为0.09 ml/(1g·3d)、0.18 ml/(1g·3d)。介孔锌粉具有较好的大电流密度放电性能。
Using lyotropic liquid crystalline mesophases of non-ionic surfactants C16EO10 or leveling Agent 0-25 as template, this paper synthesizes mesoporous zinc powder for cell for the first time. The morphology, apparent density, tap density of synthetic zinc power are detected and analyzed, and the electrical properties is studied The result shows that the apparent density, the tap density and the amount of the generated gas of zinc power obtained by C16EO10 and leveling agent 0-25 are 0.48g/cm3, 0.47 g/cm3,1.13g/cm3,0.98g/cm3;0. 05ml/ (l g* 3d ), O. 12ml/ (1g* 3d ), respectively. The mesoporous zinc powder has prefert high current density discharge performance.
