摘要 气化系统显热回收量的多少直接影响着废锅所生成的饱和蒸汽热能和进入到蒸汽轮机的主蒸汽热能,从而影响着IGCC系统供电效率。为提高IGCC系统效率,本着能量梯级利用的目的,对气化系统的显热回收方式和回收程度进行优化研究。研究表明,采用全热回收方式和降低对流废锅出口合成气温度,都有利于提高系统净功率和供电效率。 Sensible heat recovery of gasification system directly influences heat energy of saturation steam produced in waste heal boil- er, and influences heat energy of main steam inlet to steam turbine. Thereby it will influence IGCC system efficiency. For enhancing lGCC system efficiency and achieving step utilization of energy, sensible heat recovery manner and degree of gasification system are studied. The results show that using total syngas sensible heat recovery can enhance IGCC system power and net efficiency. By reduc- ing syngas temperature outlet of convection waste heat, boiler can enhance IGCC system power and net efficiency.
