摘要
日本小学设计一堂体育课要经过目标(包括年级目标)——教学内容——年度的指导计划——体育课指导等过程,已经形成了一个从上到下的纵向体系。我国中小学应当构建增强学生体质、提高学生运动能力的体育课教学内容体系,体育课教学内容应涵盖增强体力的运动、田径、体操、球类、游泳和舞蹈6个运动领域,采用能实现运动价值的方法上课,并保证各运动领域教学内容必要的课时,以提高我国学生的体质与健康水平。
Designing physical education lessons for an elementary school in Japan needs to go through processessuch as objectives (including class objectives), teaching contents, annual guidance plan and physical education lessonguidance etc., which have formed a longitudinal system from top to bottom. In order to improve the fitness andhealth level of students in China, elementary schools in China should build a student fitness improving and studentsports ability enhancing physical education lesson teaching content system, let physical education lesson teachingcontents cover such 6 sports areas as physical strength enhancing sports, track and field, gymnastics, ball games,swimming and dancing, teach the lessons by using methods which can realize sports values, and ensure necessaryclass hours for the teaching contents of various sports areas.
