摘要
采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,分析毛尖紫萼藓中4个干旱胁迫诱导基因在干旱及复水条件下的表达模式。结果表明,GpSuSy基因主要受干旱胁迫诱导表达,GpATP基因和GpPAK基因主要受复水诱导表达,GpCAT基因在干旱及复水条件下均有较高表达量,4个基因在毛尖紫萼藓耐受干旱及复水恢复过程中分别发挥作用。
Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used for identification of expression profiles of 4 droughtstress induced genes in Grimmia pilifera under dehydration and rehydration. The expression of GpSuSy was induced bydrought stress, the expressions of GpATP and GpPAK were induced by rehydration, and GpCAT had a high expression levelduring both dehydration and rehydration. These results demonstrated that four genes play roles in drought resistance ofGrimmia pilifera respectively
