摘要
采用固相萃取—气相色谱法测定水中松节油,实现了样品提取自动化,避免了萃取溶剂二硫化碳对环境和分析人员的危害。用HP-5毛细柱代替填充柱对松节油进行分离,取得了较好的分离效果,并以色谱图中的最大峰α-蒎烯的保留时间与峰面积进行了定性和定量分析。
Use the solid phase extraction-gas chromatography for determination of turpentine oil in water,which realizes the automation of sample extraction, avoids the hazard of carbon disulfide solvent on the environment and analysis personnel. With HP-5 capillary column to replace the packed column for separation of turpentine, the method achieved good separation effect, and then conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis to the retention time and peak area of alpha pinene which is the maximum peak in the chromatogram.
