摘要
基于相关分析、协整分析和Granger因果检验以及灰色关联分析等方法,分析了财政农业支出与城乡经济一体化之间的关系。结果表明:(1)财政农业支出与城乡经济一体化之间存在着长期稳定的关系;(2)农业科技三项费用支出与城乡居民人均收入互为原因,第一产业是农业科技三项费用支出的原因;(3)支农支出对城乡经济一体化的作用最大;并且对第一产业的影响最大。另外,加大农业科技三项费用支出也能够加快城乡经济一体化。
The paper analyzes the relation between agricultural financial expenditure and economic integration of urban and rural areas ,based on a series of methods such as Correlation Analysis ,Co-in-tegration Analysis ,Granger Causality Test and Grey Relational Analysis .The results show that :(1) the relation among the secondary indexes of agricultural financial expendi-ture ,the relation among the secondary indexes of economic integration of urban and rural areas and the relation between agricultural financial expenditure and economic integration of urban and rural are-as are all stable .(2) The relation is close among three kinds of expenditure on agricultural science and technology and urban-rural residents'per capita income and the primary industry (X 5 ) .Besides ,three kinds of expenditure on agricultural science and technology and urban-rural residents'per capita in-come are interrelated in reason .T he primary industry (X 5 ) is the reason for three kinds of expendi-ture on agricultural science and technology .(3) Fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture plays the most important role in economic integration of urban and rural areas and it also largely influences the primary industry (X 5 ) .In addition ,increasing the proportion of three kinds of expenditure on agri-cultural science and technology in agricultural financial expenditure can speed up economic integration of urban and rural areas .
