循环微小RNA与妊娠的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类小分子非编码RNA,长度约921~25个核苷酸,参与调控人类约30%的基因,与许多生理及病理状态有关。目前,已在血清及血浆中检测到多种miRNAs,并且miRNAs的异常表达与肿瘤、心血管疾病及妊娠并发症等疾病密切相关。本文就循环miRNA与妊娠的研究进展做一综述。 MicroRNAs are a class of 21-25-nucleotides small, noncoding RNAs which regulate about 30% of the human genome. MiRNAs play an essential role in the physiology and pathology. Currently, a variety of miRNAs have been detected in the serum and plasma, and their deregulation has been associated with cancer, cardiovascular diseases, pregancy syndrome and other diseases. This review peovides a general overview of the current advances of circulating microRNAs and pregancy.
