摘要
为研究电子膨胀阀对蒸发器过热度稳定性的影响,建立了一套制冷系统控制试验台,试验得出电子膨胀阀的最小稳态过热度曲线,并在动态响应试验中得出蒸发器增益与时间常数、延迟时间与蒸发温度和过热度的关联性,从而为电子膨胀阀的控制优化提供参考。
To research the EEV' s effect on the stability of the evaporator superheat, the refrigeration control system experiment is built. The experiment show that the EEV has its own naininmm steady-state superheat curve, and the dynamic response experiment gets the relationship between the evaporator gain,time constant, delay time and evaporating temprature, superheat, then it helps to built the better contol system of EEV.
