摘要
【目的】通过对库尔勒香梨及其芽变类型的果实发育动态和品质的综合比较,为选择品质优良的香梨芽变单株提供依据。【方法】供试材料为2013年库尔勒沙依东园艺场和包头湖农场的库尔勒香梨、芽变6号、早美香(芽变9号)、芽变10号、沙01和新梨2号。每隔7 d,随机各抽取30个香梨及其芽变品种,测定果实纵、横径的生长动态,果实成熟时测定果实外在品质和内在品质。测定数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行分析,通过方差分析评价香梨及其芽变类型的果实品质。【结果】库尔勒香梨的生长速率小于芽变香梨的生长速率,库尔勒香梨与芽变香梨的内含物质存在一定差异性。【结论】香梨及其芽变类型的果实纵、横径生长成双"S"曲线,沙01和新梨2号的果实品质较好。
[ Objective]The project aims to provide basis for selecting fragrant pear plant of good quality bud mutation through comprehensive comparison of the dynamic changes of bud mutation types and fruit quality. [ Method ] The experimental materials : Korla fragrant bears, bud mutation No. 6, Zaomeixiang bud mutation No. 9 and 10, Sha No. O1 and Xinli No. 2 were from Shayidong Horticultural Farm and Baotouhu Horticultural Farm in 2013. Every other 7 days, 30 randomly selected bud mutation fragrant pear varieties were tested and the growth dynamics of transverse and longitudinal diameters were determined. And the data of the external quality and internal quality were measured and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software through the analysis of variance evaluation of fragrant pear and its bud mutation types of fruit quality, [ Result] The growth rate of Korla fragrant pear was slower than that of the bud mutation pears and there existed certain difference between the embedded substances of both kinds. [ Conclusion ] The transverse and longitudinal diameters of fragrant pear and its bud mutation type grew into a double "S" curve, and the fruit quality of Sha No. 01 and Xinli No. 2 was better.
