摘要
目的研究临床路径(CP)在规范化输血中的实施效果。方法对本市5家三甲医院实施临床路径前后输血文书、输血指征及相关检测进行对比。结果实施路径前输血相关记录不合格分别为34%和32%,输血指征不合理达12%,路径后相关记录不合格2%和9.7%,指征不合理达2%,差异均有统计学意义。结论实施输血临床路径后,明确了医务人员的责任,有助于临床规范化输血。
Objective To study the effect of the implementation of clinical pathway in standardized blood transfusion. Methods The blood transfusion records,indications and related detections before and after applying the clinical pathway in the 5 top-three hospitals were compared and analyzed. Results The percentage of unqualified nursing notes, progress notes and tansfusion indications were 34% ,32% and 12% before applying the clinical pathway and 2% ,9.7% and 2% after apllying the clinical pathway. The differences were all statistically significant. Conclusion Clinical pathway is helpful for the standardization of clinical blood transfusion because it can clearly define the responsibility of medical staff.
