选取8周龄健康雁鹅和籽鹅各32只,每个品种均随机分为A、B两组,每组16只,A组作为对照饲养在(22±1)℃环境中,B组则于试验开始后突然施与(40±1)℃,10 h的急性热应激处理,测定热应激前后各组鹅的养分消化代谢和相关血液生化指标。结果表明:急性热应激处理可显著降低此后5 d内雁鹅和籽鹅日粮干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)的代谢率和粗纤维(CF)的消化率(P<0.05),其中雁鹅CP、EE代谢率的下降程度显著高于籽鹅(P<0.05),CF消化率下降程度显著低于籽鹅(P<0.05),籽鹅能量(E)代谢率极显著下降而雁鹅却无显著变化;热应激后雁鹅和籽鹅血清尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)水平显著下降(P<0.05),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平显著升高(P<0.05),籽鹅BUN的下降和LDH的升高程度显著高于雁鹅(P<0.05);籽鹅血清血糖(Glu)水平显著升高(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平显著下降(P<0.05),但雁鹅却无显著变化(P>0.05)。由此可见,短期急性热应激可降低鹅的消化代谢性能,但鹅对热应激的敏感程度存在品种差异,生产中可通过品种选育提高鹅的抗应激能力。
A total of 32 Yan goose and 32 Zi goose , aged 8 weeks, were divided into two groups, respectively. Group B were subjected to (40±1)℃ ambient temperature for 10 h, then were maintained with Group A in control ambient temperature (22±1)℃. Diet digestion and metabolism, relative blood biochemical parameters in various species goose were measured. The results showed that the metabolic rate of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), ether extract(EE) and the digestibility of crude fibre(CF) of Yan goose and Zi goose decreased significantly (P〈0.05) during the 5 days after 10h acute heat stress, however, only the energy metabolic rate of Zi goose decreased. The BUN , TG decreased (P〈0.05)and LDH increased (P〈0.05)in both that of Yan goose and Zi goose, but the rangeability of BUN and LDH in Zi goose were higher than Yah goose (P〈0.05). The Glu increased, ALP decreased in the blood of Zi goose (P〈0.05), However, no change happened in Yan goose. Therefore, acute heat stress decreased diet digestion and metabolism in both Yan goose and Zi goose, however, the susceptibility of goose to acute heat stress varied from the species, we can improve anti-stress of goose through breeding and selection.
