高职校园文化建设路径下的学校归属感培育 被引量:5

摘要 高等职业教育为社会培养了大批一线的技能型人才,解决了许多学生求学和就业的问题,为经济发展和社会进步作出了巨大贡献,然而,许多高职学生却对母校的感情越来越淡,归属感不高。培育和提高高等职业院校学生的学校归属感十分必要,必须多管齐下,多路径出发,形成合力。本文分析了高职学生学校归属感偏低的主要原因,从高职校园文化建设角度提出学校归属感培育的实战策略。 The higher vocational education cultivates many technical talents for the society and makesa great contribution to the economic development and social progress. Although the higher vocationaleducation solves the problems of students' college-enrolling and job-seeking, students still have a lowsense of belonging. Thus, it is necessary to cultivate and improve the students' sense of school-be-longing through various approaches. This paper analyzes the main reasons of the low sense of schoolbelonging for vocational students and puts forward the strategy of school belonging cultivation fromthe angle of campus culture construction in vocational colleges.
