血清可溶性LOX-1在急性冠脉综合征患者外周血及冠状动脉斑块局部表达水平的变化 被引量:2

THE LEVEL OF SERUM SOLUBLE LOX-1 AT PERIPHERAL BLOOD AND LOCAL CORONARY PLAQUE IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

摘要 目的探讨血清可溶性凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的早期诊断价值。方法用酶联免疫法测定ACS组(90例)、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组(40例)、正常对照组(50例)肘静脉、股动脉及冠状动脉介入治疗时抽取斑块局部血液的LOX-1和hs-CRP水平。结果 ACS组中的LOX-1和hs-CRP的水平明显高于SAP组及对照组(P<0.01),冠脉斑块部位的LOX-1水平明显高于股动脉和肘静脉的LOX-1水平(P<0.01),冠脉斑块处的LOX-1ROC曲线下的面积是0.900(95%CI0.858~0.942),明显高于hs-CRPROC曲线下的面积(P<0.01),斑块部位LOX-1水平与hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 LOX-1可以作为诊断早期ACS的一个有效指标,且冠脉斑块处的Lox-1水平对冠状动脉损伤的炎症反应更敏感。 Objective To assess the value of serum soluble lectin- like oxidized low - density lipoprotein receptor- 1 (LOX- 1) levels in early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods Enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay was used to detected the levels of LOX - 1, hs - CRP at local coronary plaque, femoral artery and ulnar vein in 90 patients with ACS, 40 with stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 50 normal control subjects. Results The levels of LOX- 1 and hs - CRP of patients with ACS were significantly higher than controls and SAC P^0.01), the LOX- 1 levels of local coronary plaque was higher than femoral artery and ulnar vein(P〈0.01) , an area under receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve of local coronary plaque LOX- 1 level was 0. 900(95%CI0. 858-0. 942:P〈0. 001), LOX- 1 level of local coronary plaque of ACS patients showed a positive correlation with level of hs - CRP. Conclusions The level of serum soluble LOX- 1 is significantly increase in ACS and it provide a useful means for detecting ACS in the prophase, LOX - 1 levels of local coronary plaque is significantly elevate in ACS and it is more sensitive to the inflammatory response of coronary injury.
