摘要
文章用含氟聚羧酸为主剂复配以降粘剂、聚醚类表面活性剂,成功开发出了一种新型含油污泥及煤焦油快速脱水处理技术。该技术可使含油污泥及煤焦油脱水时间由原来的48h缩短到8-10h,降低能耗的同时减少了脱水过程中含油污泥及煤焦油轻质组分的损失。并在府谷京府煤化股份有限公司的年产120万/吨兰炭生产线试用,取得良好现场使用效果。
In the paper developed a new type of oily sludge and coal tar dehydration technology with fluorinated polycarboxylate-type, viscosity reducer and the polyether surfactant. The oily sludge and coal tar dehydration time was shortened from 48h to 8-10h.lt also reduce energy consumption and the loss of the light components during dehydration process. Application in an annual output of 1200000 tons coking production line for Fugu Jing Fu coal Limited by Share Ltd. Excellent results have been achieved in its practical application.
