摘要 通过建立数学模型的方法对单牙轮钻头与岩石的互作用运动进行仿真,仿真结果不能完全准确地反映单牙轮钻头钻进的实际情况和破岩细节。鉴于此,笔者采用线性Drucker-Prager模型模拟岩石材料,并考虑岩石损伤以及钻头与岩石之间的随机接触,通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了单牙轮钻头钻进过程的非线性动力学模型,对单牙轮钻头在破岩过程中的运动规律及力学性能进行了探讨,分析了不同岩石材料和不同钻压情况对单牙轮钻头钻进性能的影响,得到了钻头传动比及牙轮转速。仿真结果可为单牙轮钻头的设计提供依据。 As the results could not completely and accurately reflect the actual situation of single-cone bit drilling process and the rock breaking details by simulating the single-cone bit and rock interactions through mathematical model, finite element analysis software ABAQUS is adopted. The linear Drucker-Prager model is used to simulate the rock material. The rock damage and random contacts between bit and rock are also considered. A nonlinear dynamic model of a single cone bit drilling process is established with ABAQUS. The law of motion and mechanical properties of single-cone bit in rock breaking process are discussed. The effects of different rock materials and different WOBs on the drilling performance are analyzed and the bit transmission ratio and rotary speed are obtained. The simulation results could provide basis for single-cone bit designs.
