摘要
在炉窑检测中应用红外成像技术,能够即时了解炉窑运行状态,对于及时发现解决生产问题、延长设备使用寿命、确保安全生产、节能降耗等具有重要意义。本文介绍了红外成像技术的原理以及炉窑检测的需求特点,并通过应用案例介绍了红外热成像技术在炉窑检测中的应用。
As a typical representative of modern high-tech in the furnace detection ,infrared thermal technology has been widely used. It can help us to detect furnace running timely ,solve production prob-lems ,extend equipment life ,ensure safe production and energy saving. The principle of infrared thermal technology and its application in the furnace detection and the demand characteristics of kiln testing were introduced in the paper.
