摘要
目的探讨米氮平与阿米替林对首发抑郁症患者脑电图的影响。方法将90例抑郁症患者随机分2组,分别给予米氮平、阿米替林治疗,疗程8周,于服药前及服药后4、8周末进行脑电图检查,分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果米氮平、阿米替林治疗后脑电图异常率分别为26.7%、69.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),脑电图改变与疗效无关。结论米氮平可引起脑电图改变,但米氮平对抑郁症患者脑电图影响较轻。
Objective To investigate the effects of mirtazapine and amitriptyline on EEG in patients with primary depres-sion.Methods Ninety cases of depression patients were randomly divided into two groups ,and were treated by mirtazapine or amitriptyline for 8 weeks. EEGs of these patients were analyzed before treatment and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment ,and then the efficacy was evaluated according to the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD).Results After treatment with mirtazap-ine or amitriptyline ,the rate of abnormal EEG of the two groups was 26.7% and 69.1% ,respectively ,the difference was sig-nificant (P〈0.01) ,but the changes in EEG showed no correlation with the efficacy.Conclusion Mirtazapine can cause sub-stantial changes in EEG ,while amitriptyline shows mild impact on EEG of patients with depression.
