摘要
预应力桥梁孔道注浆质量的好坏直接关系到结构的承载能力和耐久性。为验证检测仪器和检测方法的可靠性,设计制作了大比例模型以模拟实际施工的检测环境。预先在波纹管上设置了不同体积,不同长度,分布跨度明显的不同缺陷,缺陷位置不填充其它物品,准确控制缺陷的位置及尺寸,灌注水泥浆,并预设了观察孔道,尽可能降低人为因素对检测结果的影响。采用注浆密实度声波检测仪对模型进行检测,通过检测结果与原模型所设置的缺陷进行对比,可以用来标定仪器,为设备的开发提供了技术基础。
Pre-stressed pipes grouting quality is directly related to the bearing capacity and dura- bility of the structure. In order to validate the reliability of testing instruments and methods, designed the large scale model to simulate the environment of actual construction, defects are setted that are different volume, different length, obvious distribution span in the corrugated pipes. Defects position is not filled with other articles, it' s position and size is controlled accurately, grouting cement slurry, and preseting observed holes, to reduce the impact of human factors on the test results as far as possible. The model is detected using the grouting quality acoustic tester, through contrast the test results with the original model defects, it can be used to calibrate the instrument, that provides technical foundation for the development of instrument.
