摘要
某煤矿隧道最大埋深600多米,盾构采用6度斜坡下行掘进,盾构自重产生的下滑力对掘进的影响成为突出问题。推进力和扭矩是盾构掘进的主要性能参数,是盾构设计和选型的重要依据。首先对自重力的影响进行分析,引入合力FH定义,并建立数学模型,分析了FH与倾角α的关系,讨论了下滑力在不同坡角下对盾构推力和刀盘扭矩的影响,最后就盾构自重产生的下滑力对推力和扭矩等掘进参数及掘进过程的影响进行实例研究,研究结果可为斜井双模盾构选型和掘进参数配置提供一定参考。
The maximum depth of one coal mine is over 600 meters, and shield tunneling downhill is with 6 degrees, the influence of the sliding force caused by the dead weight on tunneling becomes a prominent issue. Thrust and torque are the main pe^ormance parameters of the shield tunneling and an important basis for shield design and selection. A tfirst, analyzes the influence of the dead weight, introduces a definition of resuhant force FH, and establishes mathematical model, analyzing the relationship between FH and inclination a, discussing the influence of sliding force on thrust and torque with the change of inclination. Finally, based on practical case study, the sliding force caused by the dead weight impacts on the thrust, torque and other tunneling parameters are discussed, and the results of the research can provide referenee for the matching of tunneling parameters of the inclined shaft dual-mode shield.
