摘要 聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)是丙烯酰胺均聚物或与其他单体共聚的聚合物统称,广泛应用于油田三次采油、钻井添加剂等行业.详细论述了国内外三次采油助剂聚丙烯酰胺生产工艺技术发展现状,分别概述了系列产品研发状况、单体丙烯酰胺合成技术以及催化剂的选择,同时介绍了抗盐疏水缔合物的研究进展,并对国内外聚丙烯酰胺生产技术和应用进行了对比评价. polyacrylamide (PAM) is the unified/generalized name of the polymers copolymerized by acrylamide homopolymer or/and other homomers, which is widely applied in the trades of oilfield EOR, drilling additives and so on. The technical development conditions of the production technologies at present are discussed in detail for EOR agent PAM at home and abroad, the research and development situation of the series products, synthesizing technique of homomers acrylamide and catalyst selection are respectively and briefly introduced. At the same time, the study progress of salt-resistant hydrophobic associates is presented, the contrast and evaluation of the producing techniques and their applications of the PAMs at home and abroad are conducted as well.
