摘要
针对弹性体增韧聚氯乙烯(PVC)的研究,介绍了弹性体增韧改性PVC的机理,概述了国内外通过自补强共混改性、相容剂改性、工艺优化、纳米改性、接枝改性、交联改性等方法增强弹性体与PVC间的相容性,从而优化弹性体增韧PVC效果的研究情况。展望了弹性体增韧PVC复合材料的应用和发展趋势。
Aimed at the study of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) toughened by elastomer material, the mechanism of elastomer toughening PVC was introduced. The domestic and foreign research on reinforcing compatibility between PVC and elastomer by self reinforcing blending, compatilizer, process optimization, nanometer modification, graft modification and crosslinking modification methods to optimize effect of elastomer toughening PVC materials were summarized. Application and development trend of elastomer toughened PVC composite materials were prospected.
