摘要
通过补充花色苷,研究其对小鼠生长发育、运动能力和骨骼肌抗氧化酶系的影响。对小鼠进行不同浓度的花色苷给药,测量其不同时间的体重、末期力竭游泳时间、SOD、GSH-Px和MDA的变化情况。通过7周的饲养、给药和测量,发现中、高剂量花色苷给药组体重增长和力竭游泳时间明显高于对照组;花色苷给药的三组小鼠骨骼肌中SOD活性高于对照组;中、高剂量组GSH-Px活性和对照组相比有非常显著性差异;三组MDA含量和对照组相比依次下降且有显著性差异。
The effects of anthocyanins, on the growth of rats, exercise capacity and antioxidant enzymes of skeletal muscle. Different concentrations of anthocyanins was administered to rats , measuring changes in the different time, the body weight at the end of the exhaustive swimming time, SOD, GSH-Px and MDA. By 7 weeks of feeding, delivery and measurement, found in high doses, anthocyanin group weight growth and swimming time was significantly higher than the control group;anthocyanin to SOD activity in three groups of rats skeletal muscle medicine than the control group;in the high dose group, the activity of GSH-Px and the control group has a very significant differences between the three groups; compared with the MDA content and the control group decreased and there were significant difference.
