摘要
本文以龙岩地区煤矸石和铝型材厂污泥为原料,根据不同配比制样并烧成莫来石,用XRD和SEM表征试样的晶相结构和显微结构,结果表明:在1450℃下可以合成较高含量的莫来石,Al2O3/SiO2为2.83时稳定态莫来石含量最高,达到58.6%,总莫来石含量达到71.6%。
The article describes that mullite could be synthesized by the gangue and waste slag of aluminum factory .The microstructure of the fractured surface of sintered specimen examined through SEM , and the cell parameters calculated by X'pert plus software showed that the sample with 2.83 Al2 O3/SiO2 had the most stabilizing mullite (58.6%) and the total content of mullite was 71.6%.
