摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜在闭合性尿道损伤临床应用的安全及有效性。方法 1995年1月—2013年12月该院共收治闭合性尿道损伤病人63例,开放组采用一期尿道会师牵引术共26例,腔内组采用输尿管镜下留置导尿管+会师术37例,对两组患者的临床数据进行统计学分析。结果与开放组相比,腔内组在手术时间、术中失血量、住院时间及术后留置尿管时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后并发症尿道狭窄、勃起功能障碍及尿失禁发生差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于闭合性尿道损伤中输尿管镜的应用具有安全有效,操作简单,并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficiency of ureteroscopy applied in male closed urethral injury. Methods From January 1995 to December 2013, there were a total of 63 patients with closed urethral injury admitted in our department. 26patients in the open surgery group were treated with one-stage urethral realignment with traction, and 37 patients in the intracavitary surgery group were treated with ureteroscopy indwelling catheter and urethral realignment. The clinical data of two groups of patients were analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the open surgery group, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and postoperative indwelling catheter time of the intracavitary surgery group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The postoperative complications of urethral stricture, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of ureteroscopy in closed urethral injury is safe and effective with less complications and easy to operate, and is worthy of clinical application.
