摘要
目的探讨四肢骨折内固定失败的原因及对策。方法回顾分析骨折内固定失败致骨折不愈合病例14例。结果 14例均再次施行自体髂骨植骨加内固定术,术后均骨性愈合。结论固定方式选择不当、手术操作不当、术后不适当的功能锻炼及过早负重是内固定失败导致骨折不愈合的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the failure reasons and countermeasure of fracture fixation treatment. Methods We reviewed and analysed 14 failure cases that fracture disunion caused by the failure of internal fixation treatment. Results 14 cases were again operated with autogenous iliac bone graft and internafixation, all bones get healing after operation. Conclusion The surgical procedure functional exercise ,non-standard materials fixation, and too early weightbearing are main nonunion reasons.
