摘要
目的探讨瑞芬太尼和芬太尼在高龄手术患者麻醉中的应用效果。方法选择56例高龄手术患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组28例。记录术中不同时间点的心率、血压,记录术后拔管、意识恢复、自主呼吸恢复时间。所获数据采用方差分析t检验。结果麻醉后两组患者的血压、心率较诱导前明显下降(P<0.05);插管和切皮时实验组血压、心率明显低于对照组,(P<0.05)具有统计学意义;术后拔管、意识恢复、自主呼吸恢复时间均明显低于对照组,(P<0.05)具有显著性差异。结论瑞芬太尼比芬太尼更适合高龄患者的麻醉要求。
objective To investigate application effect of surgery in elderly patients during anesthesia by remifentanil and fentany. Methods 56 cases of surgery in aged patients, randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 28 cases, records in different time points of heart rate, blood pressure, record postoperative extubation, consciousness recovery and spontaneous breathing recovery time. All data use variance analysis t test. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of two groups of patients after anesthesia are obviously more decreased than before anesthe- sia in duction（P〈0.05）; Intubation and cut the leather group blood pressure, heart rate significantly are lower than the control group, （P〈 0.05） have significant difference; Postoperative extubation, consciousness recovery, spontaneous breathing recovery time were significantly lower than the control group, it has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Remifentanil and Fentany is more suitable for aged patients with anesthesia.
