摘要 目的探讨微课与视频反馈相结合的教学模式在微生物检验实验教学中的应用效果。方法以某医高专检验专业实验课为研究对象,其中实验组60人,对照组60人,以细菌检验为实验教学内容,实验组采用微课和视频反馈法相结合的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,对其实践技能及实践理论进行考核比较,并对实验组进行教学方法及教学效果满意度调查。结果实验组实践技能成绩(83.42±6.90)分及实践理论成绩(85.68±12.46)分均显著高于对照组(72.98±11.70分,78.70±10.07分,P<0.01),实验组对该种教学模式的满意度达95%。结论微课与视频反馈相结合的教学模式是一种新颖有趣的学习方式,可大大提高学生的学习积极性和动手操作能力,在微生物检验实验教学中取得较好的学习效果。 Objective To investigate the application effect of Micro-lecture and video feedback teaching model in the experiment teaching of microbiological examination. Methods Using the students of inspection professional as the object of study in a medical college, one class (60 people) as the experiment group, another class (60 people) as the control group, used the bacterial examination technique for practical teaching content,the experiment group were taught by Microlecture and video feedback teaching model, the control group were taught by traditional teaching model, they all were examined with the practical skills and practice theory, and the questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching method and effectiveness in the experiment group. Results The performance of practical skills (83.42±6.90 points) and practice theory (85.68±12.46 points) in the experiment group were significantly higher than the control group (72.98± 11.70 points, 78.70±10.07 points,P〈0.01),the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group reached 95%. Conclusion: The teaching model of combining Micro-lecture and video feedback is a novel and interesting way of learning, which can greatly improve the learning interest and Operating ability of students, achieves better results in the experiment teaching of micro- biological examination.
