改革开放以来,居民生活得到了极大改善,食物数量、质量和结构不断升级,但同时食物浪费也日益严重。从餐桌食物浪费入手,揭示中国现阶段食物浪费现状,科学解释了食物浪费与损耗的区别,深入解析了食物浪费背后的四大成因,并提出减少食物浪费的对策建议。
The living level of residents has been greatly improved since the reform and opening up. The quantity, quality and structure of food have been updated continuously, yet food waste has been increasingly serious at the same time. Starting from dining table waste, the author revealed the status quo of food waste, explained the difference between food waste and loss, pointed out four major causes of food waste, and then put forward the countermeasures to reduce food waste.
