针灸对运动性疲劳大鼠中枢影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察针灸对大鼠海马细胞凋亡指标的影响,以期为针灸的功效提供了理论依据。方法:SD大鼠36只分为3组,正常对照组、疲劳模型组、针灸组。除正常对照组以外其余两组均进行运动跑台训练,针灸组接受针灸。运动结束后,大鼠取海马检测。结果:与疲劳模型组相比,针灸组海马组织的总抗过氧化能力(T-AOC)和乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)增强,丙二醛(MDA)和凋亡相关蛋白3(Caspase-3)阳性细胞数和阳性面积比减少。结论:针灸足三里能够增加大鼠海马的总抗氧化能力,减少MDA含量,阻止Caspase-3的活化,最终达到对抗细胞凋亡的目的。 Objective: To compare the effect of acupuncture on exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: 36 male SD rats randomly divided into three groups: control group, fatigue treadmill training group, acupuncture group. Except for the control, the other two group received 2 weeks training on treadmill. The acupuncture group accepted acupuncture. After the training, we took the hippocampus to test. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of T-AOC and AChE activity in the hippocampus of the acupuncture group significantly increased (P〈0.01), the content of MDA and the number of positive cells and positive area ratio of Caspase-3 dramatically decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can effectly reduce the content of MDA in hippocampus, prevent the activation of caspase-3, but the related mechanism is not clear, it still need further study.
