摘要
高速动车组转向架构架是保证高速列车安全运行的重要部件。针对某高速动车组转向架构架,通过采用科学合理的静强度试验方法和设备,对构架的静强度进行评估,同时与理论计算结果相互验证其准确性,以检验构架是否满足强度要求,为列车的安全运行提供保证。
Bogie frame is one of the critical components affecting the running safety of high-speed EMU. This paper proposes a more reasonable method of static strength test for a certain type motor bogie frame. The static strength test was carried out using this method and the results were verified by theory calculation. Results show that this bogie frame meets the requirement of running safety.
