摘要
本文介绍了中国教育部科技查新机构现状,以河南科技大学为例,阐述了科技查新服务工作的发展历程、建设思路和取得的成效,提出了地方高校图书馆开展科技查新服务面临的挑战及其应对措施。
This paper introduced the present situation of sci-tech novelty search service of the ministry of education in China.Taking the case of Henan University of Science and Technology, this paper described the development, the construction ideas and achievements of sci-tech novelty search service and gave some solutions to them.
