摘要
针对传统的人工采集手段和操纵计算机界面已不能满足某型火箭炮数据采集和保存的问题,设计一套基于嵌入式系统的数据采集设备。介绍火箭炮已有的系统组成及工作流程,根据数据采集设备的系统组成绘制其原理框图,并对各模块功能进行分析;在不影响火箭炮射击精度的前提下获取采集数据,通过循环主程序软件设计实现ARM芯片对工况数据的采集、存储及输出。分析表明结果:该设计大大缩短了火箭炮技术状态检测时间,为装备的自动化、智能化管理提供了可能。
For solving the problem that traditional means of artificial collection and operating computer interface can’t meet the needs of date collection and save of some artillery rocket, the thesis designs a date collection equipment based on embedded system. Exited system composition and workflow of the artillery rocket are introduced, and according to the system composition the thesis draws functional block diagram and analyses the function of each module. Under the circumstance of keeping the firing accuracy the equipment can collect date and make it come true that ARM chips collect, save and output working state date of the artillery rocket through the software design of circulatory main program. The analysis result indicates that the design greatly shorten the detection time of the artillery rocket technical condition and provide the possibility of automation and intelligent management of the equipment.
